Acceptable Use Policy

Acceptable use policy for BananaLab
2026/05/04

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what kinds of activity are not allowed when using BananaLab. It applies to prompts, uploaded images, generated outputs, account behavior, and any use of our AI image generation or editing tools.

Prohibited Content

You may not use BananaLab to create, request, upload, modify, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or unsafe. This includes:

  • adult, pornographic, or explicit sexual content
  • sexualized minors or any child sexual abuse material
  • non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual deepfakes
  • graphic violence, gore, self-harm encouragement, or extremist content
  • harassment, hateful content, impersonation, fraud, or deceptive identity misuse
  • content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
  • malware, spam, automated abuse, credential theft, or attempts to disrupt the service

Moderation and Enforcement

We use automated safety systems, including Creem's moderation API, to review relevant prompts before image generation. Requests that are flagged or denied may be blocked automatically.

Accounts that repeatedly submit prohibited content, attempt to bypass moderation, abuse payments, or interfere with platform integrity may be suspended or terminated without refund where allowed by law.
