Use of the Service
BananaLab helps users create and edit images with text prompts and reference images. You are responsible for the prompts, files, and instructions you submit, and you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
Content Safety and Prohibited Content
You may not use BananaLab to create, request, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content. In particular, you must not use the service to generate or attempt to generate:
- NSFW, pornographic, or explicit sexual content
- sexualized minors or any child sexual abuse material
- non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual deepfakes
- graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, or hateful content
- harassment, impersonation, fraud, or content that violates the rights of others
- content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where the service is operated
We use automated content moderation, including Creem's moderation API, to help prevent prohibited content from being generated. Prompts or requests may be blocked when they are flagged by moderation systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to bypass content safety controls.
User Content and Rights
You retain any rights you have in prompts, uploaded files, and generated outputs, subject to applicable law and these Terms. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your inputs, provide the service, improve safety, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or payment-provider requirements.
Payments
Paid plans, subscriptions, or credit purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. Prices, plan details, and available payment methods may change. Refunds are handled according to the applicable payment-provider rules and any refund policy shown at checkout.
Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use information, including information used for account management, payment processing, service operation, and content safety.
Service Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that generated outputs will meet your expectations.
